Description |
This item is a black and white photograph of Ayutthia, a town and former capital of the Tai state of Ayutthaya located in central Thailand. This site has immense structures and temples made of stone and concrete. The photograph includes triangle shaped statues with tapering cylindrical forms placed on carefully stacked pieces of concrete/stone. There is one of theses statues in the center foreground of the print and two in the background. Tree branches frame the top edge of the print and the landscape is rocky. There are smaller trees in the background as well as additional structural ruins made of rocks. |
