Description |
Clay figure stands with arms resting on its side/front. Orange painting ornate the figure. A horizontal line runs just below figure's hands while 3 vertical lines run from that horizontal line to the bottom of the figure. This pattern repeats on direct back. The same color paint is used in a necklace-esque ornation and 3 stripes are also visible atop figure's head. Facial features still slightly visible but fading. Pre-Columbian, Mesoamerican, possibly Nayarit, from the Veracruz region of western Mexico. |
